Are nice and special programs that makes the PC behaviour looks different that an PC!, It seems that our computer it's another kind of machine. ThIs is know as emulation.
Emulators: Now thanks to these nice programs you can play your favorite Video Games in your PC, Yes!, but you may know before some about copyright laws:
You can download the games files (these files are knowed as ROM's), only if you has the original cartridges, also if you don't has the original games you can download then as a trial sample use and after that erase within 24 hours.
The ROMs are the specific files that represents the original files compiled and converted in a way that will be easy to emulators to read and run them...
